The only people I an see GMing at the moment are Numbers and Kaftan. They seem to know both the setting and the rules well enough.

I enjoyed both Dark Sun games too. For a decent 3D rogue-like try Fate. Oh and I'd suggest Spiderweb's Avernum and Geneforge series.(alas I've only been able to play the demos)
