  1. The story is however you made it, and that was the beauty of Kotor 1&2. However for ease of story telling on a website like that it's just easiest to go with the basic playthrough choice: Male & good guy. Lets face it, the KotoR storyline takes place when the old republic should be rebuilding and recovering from all the horrible wars it just had, and that's exactly what is happening. If they were to make two super powerful jedi like Revan and the Exile both Sith that rampaged over an already failing republic, then there'd be no old republic left to fall in Palpatine's time. KotoR 1&2 set the stage for a grand battle between Jedi & the Sith, the rebuilding of the republic, and the "new" Jedi order that will last 4000 years (one without idiots in it like Vrook). Infact I think that was one of the cut scenes in KotoR2, the Exile instructing his students to dump anyone Vrook-like down a garbage shute. :D
  2. I wouldn't say Nihilus, Sion, or Traya were masters of anything. They were all tools and pawns of the greater Sith Empire and the darkside, and only Traya was smart enough to realize this. Of course she was also loony, but she helped mold the Exile into a true Jedi... or sith lord, but I like to go with him being a Jedi. The story just makes tons more sense that the Jedi he taught would go on to teach a new Jedi order that would last 4,000 years, until Palpatine came along of course.
  3. Bingo. Though look at it like this, she was probably suppost to have lost the hand already by the time the exile joins up with her, but they decided that it would be more interesting if she lost it protecting him. Lots of stuff was changed last minute, and I doubt they had time to "fix" the movie.
  4. One big hole in this theory is that Kreia was already Darth Traya when the mandalorian wars started. She trained Revan when he was a padawan, and again later when he found her on M-V. Kae was mearly a jedi knight that joined Revan, long after Kreia had already left the jedi order, infact Kae wasn't exiled for 10 years after handmaiden was born. Heck, Kreia might have helped in the training of Kae. We'll never know.
  5. Well the jedi masters do talk about how he was never the strongest in the force, but was always a natural leader because of how easily he forms force bonds (which of course lead to his downfall at M-V). People seem to forget how several characters throughout the whole game (atleast as a lightsider) talk about how the exile can become whole again and the wound in the force he carries with him can be healed as he heals others. Of course Kreia doesn't like that idea very much... Now as for weither or not he's using the force directly at the start of the game, he is, but the force is very weak in him because of the wound. Imagine the Exile on one side of a great divide (like the grand canyon), and the force is on the other side. He can still hear it, but it's (to barrow from the game) like an echo at the edge of his hearing. He might be using his force bond with Kreia as a crutch at this point, but I don't think that lasts for too long. IMO (mostly because I think the Jedi Councel consists of fools and morons) as the lightside exile progresses through the story and starts calling upon the force again, he reconnects with and heals himself so then the divide between him and the force lessons. The Darkside exile feeds off of those he vangishes, and progresses down the same path as Darth Nihilus.
