do you already use an item boosting those stats ? Only one of them will work, you can't wear two (well you can but it's useless)

After 1 hours running around in the castle, i managed to get outside without the game crashing ! I just get caugh stealing and after some killing the game didn't crash when i tried to step outside. Go try it, good luck.
