Would Biden be on your list of 50 honest men? I also thought I made it clear I didn’t completely believe anything that comes out of the Trump campaign or inner circle. I believe my exact words were it was a lot of hooey. But then again I’m not looking for facts here. I’m not running an investigation and I’m not going to put them in on trial. The only question I’m asking myself is “is it more likely than not that this happened “. To which my answer is yes. And I made my reasoning plain. Agree or not with the conclusion I’m sure you would agree that it looks bad.

It means the Democrats can do pretty much anything they want. The one thing that concerns me the most is adding court justices. That kind of naked power grab will break the country. The next time the GOP has power they will add more, then the Dems will add more. until the whole thing is a sad joke. I don't think Biden is going to do that. But I also don't think Biden is going to be able to control this angry leftist tiger he's trying to ride into power. There is an excellent chance the Dems will go hogwild like they did in 2009. And if they do they will lose one or both houses of Congress in 2022. But a lot of damage can be done in two years of united government.

Nope. Complete indifference. I am far more concerned about control of Congress. One party control is worrisome.

It's not that I WANT there to be fire causing the smoke so much as expect there to be. But, I do not suggest the "evidence" coming from what's-his-name and Guliani is on the level. But that does not mean everything is on the up and up with the Bidens. Hunter Biden whose background was law, banking, and Amtrak suddenly ending up on the board of Burisma in a place like Ukraine is suspicious. They were in an undeclared shooting war with Russia and needed US influence so one might be forgiven for thinking MAYBE HB's presence on a board of a foreign energy company he owned no stake in and had no qualifications for MIGHT be a way Ukraine "buys" favors. Is it possible? You bet. Is it probable? Well, that is where your own opinion has to take over. I think yes. Purely my own opinion. I have no proof. No one's ever going on trial. This is purely an intellectual exercise. I absolutely believe Trump is capable of manufacturing evidence to discredit a rival and not lose a moment of sleep. He has no integrity. This hooey with labandoned aptops and cell phones is just that. But that does NOT mean there isn't a rat. Of course I would not vote for Biden if he were an angel. As I have stated before I will never vote for any Democrat in any race for any reason ever again. The love of freedom and liberty does not abide in the hearts of that party. After the last four years I'm leaning real close to the same for the Republicans. Perhaps a mass killing at the ballot box in 10 days will clean their house and let them start over. We'll have to see. I'm not hopeful.

And there is waaaay too much smoke surrounding that bunch for there to not be a fire. of course my opinion of that is irrelevant. I’m fact if the FBI had incontrovertible proof the “big man” was Joe himself and he was on the take it would not matter. Every one how is voting for him is still voting for him because they are not voting FOR him. They are voting against Trump. Trump will leave office in the exact manner he came in. This was the first presidential debate I watched in a long time. Nothing I saw changed my mind about anything obviously. Biden is an old and tired man. A spent force if ever he was a force. He is contemptible and corrupted. And yes I believe all of the stories regarding Hunter Biden’s business dealings and Joe’s benefit from them have more than a grain of truth in them even if they’re not all entirely true. Trump was right about him last night. He is the caricature of the bad politician and a poster child for term limits. Trump is... well he is what he is. After three years and nine months there are no surprises left. I’m quite certain he has a positive quality or two but I’m also quite certain I couldn’t name them off the top of my head. The worst part about him is think he even believes his own bull****. Bill Weld nailed him in 2016. A showman. That’s the part he has chosen to play is so reprehensible makes it all the worse. He is egotistical, self-centered, self indulgent, and honestly believes the world is what he thinks it is just because he thinks it is. The truth in his eyes this whatever he says it is. It would not even be fair to call him fundamentally dishonest. Because I think he believes everything he says. Somehow that’s even worse. I’d almost prefer a liar who is grounded in reality. The next President of the United States will be a shady, corrupted, disingenuous man of low character. His very presence in the office will further tarnish an institution that has long since lost its luster. And that, my friends, is how I see it.

I’ll tell you one thing though, turning down NJP for a court-martial is not something you do lightly. NJP is not a trial, it’s punishment. Agreeing to it is pretty much the same as pleading guilty. However the punishments that it hands out can range from extra duty, fines, minor restrictions or the loss of a rank. Usually they are on the lighter side of that. Court-martials however start with loss of rank and go up from there. If you go to a court-martial you better win. sometimes it’s wiser to take the lesser evil. Even if you are not guilty. If it’s something minor it will not even interrupt your career.

Biden wants to "equalize" 401(k) tax breaks. That's newspeak. In plain english he wants to eliminate it because tax breakes make democrats angry. Whatever. I don't have one so "equalize" away. More and more I am only concerned about "how does this affect me". The upshot of never havimg had children I guess. Very little about whatever outcome November brings will significantly affect me. Although I do laugh at the folks who think Biden's probable victory will unite us back together. It won't. Were we united before the 2016 election? Hardly. Besides, much like the Democrats in '09, and the GOP in '17 the first things the new President and (likely) Democrat controlled congress will do will be to deliberately insult, provoke and infuriate their political opponents. They can't help themselves. That will ensure a Congressional change in 2022 and we can safely coast into 20204 with a divided government.
