Beguiler's Soul Whip does not recognise stealth attack as "sneak". Dual rogue/beguler makes attack from stealth on target without any afflictions - rogue sneak attack bonus applyed but soul whip has partial damage bonus and lowered restoration of focus.

Upd: Same with Whisper of treason. Attack on charmed target is sneaky enough for rogue but not for beguiler's soul whip.
