June 5, 20187 yr Author It hits a single target twice. It is OP. Hey there, a follow up, the beta patch 1.1 makes it hit the target once now. So it's just a two-hander with the damage attributed to 1-handers. More often than not it hits 1 target because the cone is not really that big to hit two foes unless you are a sole tank/frontline. And it hits your own guys too, if you are not (where the lower damage is a boon, I guess). I'm no longer a fan of WotEP after trying it out in game. June 5, 20187 yr Sanguine Blade is still pretty good and it has a hit to crit conversion upgrade aswell.
