Well i found 4 and now i got 2 from the Adra Colossus in Poko Kohara.

It's so freaking annoying. I'm swimming in coin but can't upgrade the actual **** I want because Adra ban is simply not available. I've gotten a couple through pickpocketing though, but they absolutely need to be available to purchase.
