First is I think an issue with quest progression. I went to the slavers place and got the Tip of the Spear quest. Then I got the quest from the Royal Deadfire Company to clear out the slaves. I did the Tip of the Spear then killed the slavers. Even though I completed Tip of the spear the game said that I had failed it and now it no longer exists in my quest log. Also when I went back to the Valian Republics HQ for more quests the game beleives that I'm in good with the slavers and that they're going to help out the Director in some way.
The other bug is on the island Motare O Kozi with Baltia, when Eder attempts to relese her from the vines the game just ends the dialouge instead of freeing her.

Alright I've got 2 bugs I've encountered so far.
