So I was messing around and started a Fury and normal Wizard.

It has access to waaaaay more nuking spells per encounter!! Nearly twice as much, and this makes low level (1-8) life considerably easier. Such a huge selection of spells to cast, and not needing to wait until late game! Just throwing out nukes nonstop. Considerably more satisfying than a single class caster for at least the first 10 levels or so.

Now I get the downside, it will likely drop off compared to a single class caster as the spells will be 2-3 lower PL and I will always be 2 ranks behind (No insane t9 spells). But it's just way more fun having SOOO many more nuking spells for most of the game!

Feels like BG2 again!

Fun is the right word.

For nukes pure wizard is probably better. +2/3 power levels does count. And level 9 is not that far from start.

Wizard/Lifegivier or maybe even Eothas Priest could be insteresting aproach to healing.

You still can heal when you need, and throw some buffs.

But on top of that can self cast self buffs (like mirror images) or some cc/small nukes.

Yep, very funny.

Playing Fury Druid + Wizard. Nature Godlike. Xoit as a priest for the buff, to get Wellspring of Life (+2 Power Level).

Like this very much. :-)
