When I try talking with her she only has some generic one liners of ship crew members.

EDIT: After reloading the save file she disappeared from ship completely. So, still bugged as for the majority.

I've seen Vela at the beach but once i got a ship never saw her too

I have the same problem with Vela, she only appeared on the ship after recruiting Serafen (with the beta patch) and all the lines are generic ones.
