0 Zoimos Posted May 14, 2018 Share Posted May 14, 2018 The effect isn't shown in the UI but it does work if you look at your weapon recovery time. If you highlight the recovery time it the armor recovery modifier is reduced (for me, leather armor is reduced from +20% to +7%) but there is nothing say its from the cutthroat cosmo buff.
