lpro Posted May 23, 2018 Posted May 23, 2018 (edited) um you can just slaughter the wahaki and then read the soul from her corpse and therefore finish the quest. i did because she was outraged after RDC moved in on crookspur. if you don't activate the RDC quest ---by not finishing the undersea one--she will be fine.
