Basically after the first combat today I noticed that my accuracy became way off. Essentially the path of the damned enemy bonuses are applied to my party, negating the difficulty increase of POTD.

 

I didn't see it in the known bugs list, but here goes:

 

+15 to all defenses (Path of the damned)

 

 

 

 

 

 

+15 accuracy (Path of the Damned)

Entering a new zone fixes it.

I encountered the same bug today and entering a new zone solved the problem for me as well.
