[Italian][Spanish] Health relink

Hi men,  i just wanna post a bug about 'Health' translation (found in Italian & Spanish localization , portoguese/french/germany seems ok about that), the isssue is about the relink of the text that doesn't work like the english localization
  it's my first post so i can't pos it on the Forum Bug
