UI - Log prevents from using skills

When you choose to display party members at the center and log to the righ, part of the skillbar occludes log. When it happens you are unable to use skills that occlude log, only the log is inteactable. 

First of the two most annoying bugs in the game (second is AI/modals disabling at random).

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
