Also, different debuffs that affect one characteristic, say insight, stack or suppressed?

 

Terrifying is quite good and Ryngrim's Repulsive Visage realy good.

 

Blind. Everything that cause blind in AOE is good. Chill fog, Curse of Blackened Sight, symbol of Skean.

 

Devotions - still best buff in the game. The bonus ACC stacks with PER inspirations.

True. Thats almost only reason i have a priest in party. 9-10 power levels are so underwhelming. Symbol of skaen just cause blind, blind is good, no doubt, but that's a

level 10 spell...
