I got Zamar's Quest to retrieve the debt of Radora, and bought Radora's Comission in the end, being rewarded with 4 Cannons; Shouldn't I have gotten her ship as well? If so, how do I switch ships? Would be sweet if anyone could enlighten me ;)

The commission was for her guns, not the ship. When you pay 1k for the guns, four iron thunderers are added to your inventory.
