[Bug] Get extra ability point when respec

So I'm level 2 and I respeced my character, but he still got the old ability I picked when level up, now I can select another ability...

 

Actually this happens when I picked Deep Faith when I leveled up before, and when I respec, I cannot select it so I thought I got it, pretty weird.
