PIRI Posted May 10, 2018 Posted May 10, 2018 Due to perception upgrade(+acc per point) i can't really decide how better allocate characters stats. Suggestions?
Koth Posted May 10, 2018 Posted May 10, 2018 I think in Deadfire it doesn't play to hard min/max any stat. They all have their uses. Might now stacks additively and not multiplicatively, which means that it doesn't pay to go ham on it at the expense of other stats any more. Additionally there are no real dump stats like in poe 1, I tend to round them out with 18's 14s 12s etc. Of course it depends on class and role a lot to give an exact answe. Which class are you playing? Might be able to suggest a good stat allocation based on that.

Well, +16 acc seems pretty strong compared to old (unchanged) dex. Also, the fact that now when respece stats cannot be changed prevents me from peaceful play.
Koth Posted May 10, 2018 Posted May 10, 2018 any particular monk subclass or role? i.e. do you want him/her to be dps only, tank only? mix of each? For example, I'd build a shattered pillar with 18 mig, 10 con, 15 dex, 15 per, 10 int, 10 res, as they don't need to take hits to generate wounds Otherwise for a tankier build, I'd go something like 16 mig, 14 con, 14 dex, 14 per, 10 int, 10 res as they need to take hits etc
