The tutorial panel that floats in and out from the screen is always visible in 3440x1440 resolution.

I can confirm, same resolution for me and it's both in fullscreen and windowed mode. I wasn't sure if that was a bug or some kind of featured being apparent later in the game.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
