missing penetration in many ability descriptions

I looked through all talent tree previews in character creation.

Many abilities that cause damage do not show the penetration value for this ability.

There are also many abilities that show the penetration value.

 

expected behaviour:

You should see the penetration value of all abilities that cause damage.
