Invisibility & Pestilance Cloud bugged

Dots break the invisibility, making lot of rogue abilities useless. Pestilance Cloud don't apply the dot. Tested with console commands on dummies, only 1 tic of damage at the moment the ability is launched.

 

Other bug : Ring the bell don't work with the wizard weapon summon minor blights. There is an animation, the resources are used but nothing happen.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
