May 8, 20187 yr Hey lonewolf181, Thanks for you post, this is I believe will be better suited for the Portal for https://support.obsidian.net/ to get help with this. Sorry I can't help further! Thanks, -Caleb I like big bugs and I cannot lie...
May 8, 20187 yr Author Checked on Support but my pending has been paid for back in 29/3/2017 but after i made my mistake and rebought the DLC again paying and extra $20 for nothing as had already paid for it so had 2 POE2 on my gog and when i refreshed like others had said on the forums due to install greyed out my original Fig backer gog was replaced with the new 1 that i had purchased by mistake via paypal on the 7 may 2018. The support has nothing for me my account was linked - i redeemed my gog key before the purchase mistake on the 7 may 2018. But it became done straight away and now have the may 7 2018 purchase has replaced my 28 march 2017. Will i get the extra $20 back as i have payed twice by mistake. and will this mess up my DLC in the future that i have paid for.
May 9, 20187 yr Solution Have you put in a support request through the link above? You can search any item and at the bottom of that page you can find the text "Still need help? Contact Us" where clicking "Contact Us" will open a web form allowing you to report your issue. For example, you can use this page https://support.obsidian.net/article/14-where-can-i-find-my-bonus-content I cannot - yet I must. How do you calculate that? At what point on the graph do "must" and "cannot" meet? Yet I must - but I cannot! ~ Ro-Man
