Does anyone know what the percent chance is for a double cast? It makes a big difference if it's a 10% vs 1% chance. I wouldn't want all of the downsides to Evoker for empowered evocation spells and a 1% chance of double cast. Why don't they just show the % chance at character creation?

Last time I checked, it was a 30%.

 

It's still a ****ty design, I hate random double damage procs, rng rng fishing rabble rabble, it's flashy but unhealthy, I'd be much happier with a constant 30% - or hell, even 20% damage bonus.
