Quick question,  If i played PoE w GoG and i bought Deadfire in Steam will my PoE save still transfer or am i stuck making the choices?

It will work as long as save game location is correct, what Josh said.

    Honestly except the location the save file MIGHT be found in (and they might be in the same place under My Saves) there isn't likely a difference. I can't know for sure, but I'm going to say with authority and certainty anyway - no, no difference, so you can import your save without issue.
