[bug] Spell duration in combat sheet is inconsistent with real log

So I casted Soul Ignition and see the duration is 16 sec in combat info sheet. But in the combat log it shows 10 sec, and also 10 sec if I hover mouse over the target. I'm sure it's not a graze attack, it's a hit.
