Question

Hi all!!

First off, I would like to thank Obsidian for this awesome game, I purchased and completed Rise of the Runelords a while ago and subsequently quit after completing it on legendary (quest mode was meh for me).

Recently got back into the game and I found the steam version to be cheaper (long live regional pricing) than the Android store. I picked up the Obsidian Edition and All DLC packs (take my money!!) so that I could play the full game.

I had already signed into Asmodee on my Android device and did the same on my PC. It immediately synced and gave me a bunch of Achievements on steam and linked my parties together. Great!!

The problem I seem to be having now is that my Steam Account has not registered the DLC purchases so I still cannot play Goblin DLC or Alternate Characters on PC or Andoird. Starting a new party and selecting the Goblin Adventure opens the steam purchase page for the DLC but steam says I already own the DLC.

The "link" buttons are greyed out since they are already linked (Steam and Android have a tick mark).

Could I please get some help? I want to play as goblinzz..

Thanks in advance!

Have you emailed support@obsidian.net?  You will need to provide them your identification information as well (the playfab ID) so they can check your specific account.

Since I don't have the PC version, someone else might post if there's something else or something alternative you'll need to email them with.

I cannot - yet I must. How do you calculate that? At what point on the graph do "must" and "cannot" meet? Yet I must - but I cannot! ~ Ro-Man

Seems like the above user also cross-posted the issue on reddit.

The problem was resolved by logging out of Asmodee on both platforms, and then proceeding to generate link codes to manually merge their android and steam accounts.

That Asmodee sync... man, it's probably been more trouble than it's worth.
