I started playing( and buying) on my old Ipad. Im trying to move those purchases to my new ios11 iphone 8.

I have logged in to both my iphone 8 amd my super old ipad with the same asmodee account and game center account. On my phone nothing i bought ( nor my progress) shows up. Only there on the ipad. Not sure what to do next.

Are you logged in the same game Center account on both devices?

Yes. Logged in to the same account on both devices.

Check the PFID numbers (in Settings). If both numbers are identical, something fishy is going on and you should contact Obsidian support. If the PFID numbers in old and new device do not match, you have the culprit. I hope this can help you find the reason.

The pfids are indeed the same. How do i contact support?
