beta version 3: missing stat bonus

In character creation selecting the deadfire background does not give you a stat bonus.

All other backgrounds get a stat bonus.

 

expected behaviour:

Deadfire background should give +1dex, like in PoE1

Deadfire characters actually do get the stat bonus, for some reason it just doesn't show at chargen.
