The in game description says +0% shock damage, but it does +50%.

I think it was correctly in the talent tree, but I am not sure.

 

I wish you could look at your talent tree during normal gameplay, not just at character creation or level up.

    Yep, it is 50% and it is correct in the talent tree.

     

    I think I made a suggestion to give us access to talent trees from the character record screen in the UI suggestions thread.
