RotR purchase not showing up correctly

Hello,

 

I purchased the RotR bundle but I am not able to create any of the characters (using the create new option) other than the first two. I’ve attempted multiple restarts, waited 12 hours and checked I am logged into Game Center. My purchase was confirmed by PayPal, can you please confirm things are registered correctly at your end.
