In case any PC players are wondering what changed, here are the notes included with the iOS update:  

What's New in Version 1.2.8.6

-Valeros' Recharge Power has returned! Actually, all characters that had a recharge ability that wasn't working should be back. While fixing an exploit issue with a pesky thuggish gnome we fixed him but broke the recharge ability as a whole.

-Ranzak's superior Ransack power should actually let you have that 66% change to get another explore after getting a boon.

-Unicode fix where nicknames looked fine upon exit of the game but the next launch of the game garbled the text.

-Certain cards had sorting issues where it seemed like there was a progression break if you didn't go back to the Main Menu.
