As topic, the damage on movement of ability Arterial Strike doesn't work on Force of Anguish or Into the Fray(pull/push), intended or bug?

I'll get a suggestion in with the devs. My guess is it is intended that move or bump effects should not trigger Arterial Strike damage, but no harm in checking right?

I’m asking this is because in DOS2 there is a cool synergy where there is a similar ability that cause DoT to enemy whenever they move, then u turn them into chicken and they will bleed to death running away from you Really hope we can have a similar combo in the game.
