I fight drakes and dryads in pearlwood bluff. The game paused because I killed an enemy (auto pause setting). I do not know what this white effect is. When I unpaused the game, the white things moved outwards fast until they disappeared.
When combat was over I looked at the combat log, but I could not scroll back this much.
