[BUG] Overbear shot modal speed reload up instead of slow it down

As topic, although in weapon info window it increase recover time from 6 to 10 second, it actually speed reload time up in battle. I reload arbalest in 3 second when the modal is on.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
