0 Cdiaz Posted November 30, 2017 Share Posted November 30, 2017 Hey dunehunter, I'm testing this in game and I have set the blinded affliction to myself and have myself flanked but I am not getting the blinded to be Suppressed. Thanks! -Caleb Hey Cdiaz, this Blinded debuff is from the deflection penalty of Confounding Blind ability of Rogue, it suppress or be suppressed by flank.
