Once I entered the Poco Kohara Ruins, all arrows that point to my chars look like the mercenary priest.

For me it was ever so. I put it on the „not done yet“ list.

This is an issue with the character in the 5th slot is getting duplicated for the portraits. We're currently working on the issue to get resolved in the future. Thanks for reporting it!
