Hello!

 

I have bought your game some time ago and really enjoyed it. Even got all the DLC.

 

Now I installed it on my Android phone and logged on with my Asmodee account. I could play with my party, all scenarios were unlocked and go through an adventure, gathering some loot, but when I next opened the game, all my progress was erased. I started a new campaign with a new party, went through 2 scenarios while being offline and then connected to the internet to empy my stash.

 

After closing and re-opening the game, my new party and my progress is gone. In my pc game version, my stash is the same as when Iast left it, without any changes carried over from the App.

 

I tried the link option in my settings on the PC after that, but all buttons except for "iOs" are greyed out, so those versions are propably linked. Just not in the right way.

 

I'd really like to play this game on my cell phone. Online play on my cellphone is no option, I only have a prepaid card and going online is too expensive for a game. I'm okay with not earning gold during my cellphone play sessions and I would even be okay if my progress didn't carry over to the pc version from the app, but I'd at least like to retain my progress on the app.

Sounds like your player pdif has changed for some reason. Check them out in both versions.

If the player pdif has changed in Android version. Contact the support@obsidian.net with information about new and old pdif and ask if They can put old pdif back in the use.

Yes, you're right. I just logged on, and my player number is different. Now I'm back at the tutorial and everything is gone in my pc version.

 

I emailed support. Any idea how long it takes for them to react?

From couple of days to couple of weeks. Depending on their other chedules. So if there is essential patch under work, the responce time is longer. If They have more free time even same day. Same people do programming, bug bashing and customer service so They Are sometimes very occupyed.

I can understand that, but the fact that I can't even play the game now (out of fear that I might break it even more or lose my progress again) is very frustrating. If it takes weeks, there's a good chance I'll have moved on by then.

Just wanted to mention that the Support team helped me. After they fixed the numbers and I did a fresh installation on my cell phone, everything is working as intended.
