A general problem in game with overlapping tooltip descriptions

This happens quite often when a number of tooltip descriptions are clustered very tightly:

Expected behaviour:

Some overlapping, but a script should make them spread out more when overlapping so everything's legible.

We currently have this bug logged in our system and the devs are investigating getting a potential fix in a future update :)
