It took me a couple playthroughs to even realize there was an ultimate decision about Iselmyr from Aloth, since the triggers are easy to miss.

Weirdly, I used to like Eder, but since learning more about him with Deadfire, then playing through Pillars I again, I've changed my mind dramatically. He's a kinda sexist and very racist (Speciest?) and a bit of a **** to some of the party members!

 

And him and Iselmyr are a TOXIC combination that is really damaging to poor Aloth
