I didn't receive my daily challenge gold nor my weekly challenge gold after completion today. I usually get the gold immediately after completion but this did not happen. Please help

Don't know about the daily but as far as the weekly challenge is concerned you can claim the gold by going to the main menu, pressing the challenges button then going to pickup  rewards tab and press on the gold button. That should credit your account with the gold.

I've found that it is worth force closing the app then reopening it. Sometimes it seems like the counter on the app and the counter on the server disagree, and when I log back in I need to do one more of [whatever the daily challenge was] to actually complete it and get the gold.

 

I only play on mobile, so I don't know if this also happens on the PC version.
