I would like to ask if there is any way (apart from the journal) to see the past choices and dialogues you did with the npc? perhaps through a notepad log?  thanks.

    As far as I know, there is not a detailed list of dialogue choices you made. There is an in-game "notes" section in (I want to say) your journal, that you can use to keep track of anything you want. So if it's important to you, you could always write them down there.
