generalche Posted July 30, 2017 Posted July 30, 2017 Did something go awry with the Slaying Axe card in AD6? Most of the other "slaying" cards are your standard "if not proficient with weapons, the difficulty to complete this check is increased by 4", apart from the Slaying Axe, which states "if proficient with weapons, the difficulty to complete this check is increased by 4", which seems a bit counter-intuitive, and against the idea of the card. Was this intentional?
Ethics Gradient Posted July 30, 2017 Posted July 30, 2017 I don't think I've had a chance to use that card in play. I'm willing to bet it is just a text typo, because that is how all the other Slaying-style cards function. The Horsechopper +1 card is correct in that it penalizes weapon proficiency (da goblinz stuffs!), but other cards shouldn't behave that way. 1
