Suggestion: automatic "reseived your email" ansver to Obsidian support



There seem to be some cases where peoples post to support@obsidian.net has been disappeared for some unknown reason.

I suggest that Obsidian adds an automatic "Reseived your email, and we Are investigating your problem" email, so that the people who did sent the email knows that the email has arrived to the Obsidian support.

It has caused some people some frustraction because They have not reseived any ansver or contact and it is impossible to Obsidian support to give any support to customer if They newer get that email.

If there would be that automatic "received you email" post the user will know that his email was received. If he does not get the ansver in few minutes he knows that something did gone wrong with the post and will send another post later after checkin the address and or everything else that could have caused the lost of the email.
