is there a way to ressurect dead npcs and other characters (without bugging the game)  ?  perhap through a console command or through the ie mod ?

    You can place any character with the console. But I guess it might mess up quests and stuff if you go wild.

     

    I don't know if you can "reset" quests, including npcs. I don't think so.
