Stuck Game State on Rewards Screen

My game is stuck on the rewards screen.  It appears to want me to select a power feat for the characters that hadn't completed this adventure before.  However, since these characters haven't finished "The Hook Mountain Massacre" yet, they haven't been able to select a Role.  This prevents them from selecting a new power feat since they are full.  Even the "Forfeit" button in the menu is grayed out.

 

For what it's worth, I have completed "Into the mountains" with all of these characters.  My goal was to go back and get the advanced role unlocked for all of my characters.

I believe the unique part is called the PFID#. What is your PFID#? (Located in the settings menu)
