*Help* Hostile NPC's in Brackenbury - BUG

Not sure if anyone else has experienced this? When I travel to Brackenbury all of the NPC's are hostile and I am unsure why.

I haven't stolen anything or attacked anyone and if I travel to that region I instantly start failing quests and losing reputation.

It's quite game breaking and more than a little irritating as I have quests I need to complete there.

    This happened to me once in Stalwarts inn. I was forced to kill everyone. Not game breaking unlike brackenberry. I think it was caused by that helmet that sickens everyone around them. Do you have that wreath looking helm that has a sicken aura?

    Nope, I don't have that helm and outside of Brackenberry I have a good disposition with the rest of the city.
