The completion tracker for my characters does not update past the first set of adventures (base set) even though I've already completed stages past the base.

Same here. Burnt offering does not update as completed. And Perils of the lost coast adventures show as completed in normal difficulty, even though I completed them also in heroic difficulty.

Also if you look the chapter names don't actually match up to the chapters in the Burnt offerings mission list either.

Attack on Standpoint is the only title shared across them both while it is the first mission for the area list but the third entry for the completion list.

Also getting this. Perils of Lost Coast at normal difficulty updates fine but other adventures/difficulties don't update.

I have the same issue, emailed obsidian support.

Also, after disbanding a party, and recreating the party, you have to do second difficulty again as a result (exact same party that completed epic already).

I think I may have renamed my characters after creation, then read the posts not to do that, which may habe thrown everything out of whack.

I'm having the same exact issue.
