Can anyone tell me if the game checks your main character's base stats or your stats as affected by items/boons/etc for conversation options? IE, if I have 12 innate Resolve and an item that gives me +3 Resolve--can I pass a Resolve 15 check?

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
