I didn't get the beta in the first game so I'm a bit uninformed about this.

 

If I were to back the beta would I still be able to get the full release on GoG?

 

Because I figure the beta will be on Steam.

Yes.  You can choose where to get the final release via the backer portal - this is independent from the beta.  (Same as for PoE1)

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
